We realize that choosing the right product is difficult with out the benefit of seeing the finish in person. You may also want to hold a knob in your hand, fasten it to a cabinet, and see how it fits into your design before you buy a greater quantity. So we have created a sample program that you can benefit from.Receive a credit when subsequent order is placed for $95 or more before tax and shipping.You must place your subsequent order within 30 days of the date from which your sample order was Shipped.After you place your subsequent order we will credit back the full amount of your original samples (up to 3 samples*) but would not include tax and shipping on your sample order.Any item with a sale price over $15 can not be considered a sample.Sample orders are non-returnable

How to Purchase Samples
Choose you desired samples by clicking the sample button.When ordering your subsequent order, please add in the comment box your sample order ID number when you checkout.Your credit would be refunded after you subsequent order has been shipped.

Sales Tax must be collected for all orders shipped to New Jersey.
Freight & Shipping Charge Policy
All items sold by Knobsandbeyond.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from Knobsandbeyond.com are shipped via UPS. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico our items are shipped via AIR at an additional fee. We apologize but we cannot accept International orders at this time.Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via 2-Day Air.We do combine shipping for multiple items purchased during the same checkout going to the same address. If you buy more items you save.Knobsandbeyond.com will NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.Knobsandbeyond.com will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.Knobsandbeyond.com bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather Storms, employee Strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated Shipping carriers.
Return Policy
Knobsandbeyond.com offers a refund for returns within 14 days of delivery date to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. Return subject to inspection and 25% restocking fee. We will NOT refund any money for packages returned without issuing of a Return Authorization number. Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any items that have been stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund.
